About the project:
After servicing the Gold Coast, Brisbane, and other parts of South East Queensland for the better part of a decade, the team has established a reputation so good that their pool building company is booked out months in advance.
The founders at Platinum Aquatics reached out to us in late 2021, and we were thrilled to hear they wanted us to take the lead on designing their company a new business website. And throughout our conversations with their team, we uncovered new ways to help their business service their customers better.
When we spoke to the Platinum Aquatics' leadership team in late 2021, the conversation swung quickly from just wanting a simple website to needing a marketing solution to attract the right customer, without producing more work for the already busy crew.
The founder's told us that they were swamped with project work and couldn't devote the time they needed to nurturing new prospects. The team was losing hours every day speaking to prospects who weren't the proper fit for their services or were years out from being a customer. So what did we do to fix this?
With so many pool and spa options available to customers, we quickly understood that prospects often found themselves confused or overwhelmed when researching their options.

Our team worked closely with the founders of Platinum Aquatics to design a lead generation quiz to find out what the prospect cares most about within roughly 1 minute 45 seconds.
The custom lead generation quiz allows Platinum Aquatics to save resources and time spent qualifying prospects by automatically providing the sales team with critical sales information.
As a byproduct, residential and commercial prospects now receive better information from the sales team based on their timeline, wants, concerns and circumstances.
We also identified that competing local pool builders lacked congruent marketing and rarely provided prospects with high-quality photographs of their past work that represented their business in a professional manner.

We were given a brief by the team at The Falcon to create content for Platinum Aquatics that would be minimal and elegant, yet stand out from the rest in the swimming pool construction industry. Professional photography can often be overlooked in product and service-based businesses. Much like providing a high-quality service to clients and customers, brand imagery should also reflect that.
