Results from all digital marketing campaigns conducted by The Falcon Recommends Pty Ltd, including but not limited to Google Ads, SEO, and other marketing initiatives, may vary for each client.

Such factors may include, but not be limited to: your profitability / margins, business model, budgets, content, experience, industry, supply and/or fulfilment capacity, marketing / advertising budget, competition, personal effort and other factors.

While we employ strategies backed by industry research and expertise, we cannot guarantee identical outcomes for all businesses due to individual factors and market dynamics. We adhere to advertising regulations and platform guidelines, recognizing that results may vary among clients. This policy applies to all our digital marketing services.

The Falcon Recommends Pty Ltd offers a Performance Guarantee for eligible clients on eligible packages, wherein if no new leads are generated within the specified period, clients may be entitled to additional service at no extra cost. Please refer to our website or consult your agency representative for eligibility criteria and further details.

Before initiating any campaign, we advise clients to review the proposed strategies and ensure compatibility with their business objectives. It's also recommended to consult with our team for any clarifications or adjustments needed. We are committed to delivering successful marketing outcomes and value client feedback to enhance our services.

The Falcon Recommends Pty Ltd limits liability for factors beyond our control and any adverse effects resulting from external influences. We are dedicated to achieving marketing success for our clients and continuously strive to improve our methodologies for optimal results.

Performance Guarantee terms

Generating new leads is a process, and results may vary over time. Lead generation effectiveness may differ based on various factors such as industry, target audience, and campaign strategy. Some businesses may experience quicker results, while others may require more time to see significant outcomes.

Guarantee Details:
We guarantee you'll see new leads within 3 months of launching your campaign. Or we will work with your business for up to one month for free (see terms).

How the Performance Guarantee Works:

Step 1: Choose an Eligible Package
Choose a Google Ads/SEO package that includes our Performance Guarantee.

Step 2: Allow Us to Work for at Least 3 Months
Allow us to carry out our work for a minimum of 3 months with recommended funding.

Step 3: Claim Your Performance Guarantee
If no new leads are generated within the specified period, you may claim the Performance Guarantee. Contact your agency representative to initiate the process.

Terms & Conditions for Claiming the Performance Guarantee:

The client must adhere to the recommended funding and allow the agency to execute the campaign for a minimum period of 3 months to be eligible for the guarantee.

To claim the Performance Guarantee, the client must notify their agency representative within 30 days after the end of the 3-month period if no new leads are generated.

Upon notification, The Falcon Recommends Pty Ltd will review the campaign performance and verify the eligibility for the guarantee.

If the agency determines that no new leads were generated within the specified period, the client will be entitled to receive up to one month of additional service at no extra cost.

• The Performance Guarantee is applicable only to select Google Ads/SEO packages as mentioned in the Performance Guarantee disclaimer.
• The additional month of service will consist of professional corrective actions and adjustments to the campaign strategy to improve lead generation results.
• The Performance Guarantee excludes all ad spend or third-party costs and only covers marketing agency fees/retainer.
• The Performance Guarantee does not apply if the client fails to provide necessary cooperation, access to required resources, or makes significant alterations to the campaign without consulting the agency.
• The agency reserves the right to determine the eligibility for the Performance Guarantee and may request supporting documentation or data to validate the claim.
• This Performance Guarantee is subject to change or discontinuation at the discretion of the agency.
• By availing of the Performance Guarantee, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.

Welcome Offer Terms:

- $175 credit valid against The Falcon's professional service fees only

- Credit must be applied to a single invoice

- Minimum invoice value of $500 required

- Not valid for third-party costs including:

• Advertising spend

• Platform fees

• Software licenses

• Hosting charges

- Valid for new clients only

- Cannot be combined with other offers

- The Falcon reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time
