• Forwarding to a landline that's often engaged

Fixes:

• Update your hours so ads run only when someone answers
• Forward to a second mobile as backup
• Turn on missed-call text-back so the caller gets a message within seconds

Missed calls count against the guarantee conditions, so tell us early.
