If it wasn't us, check who has access: Google Ads, Admin, Access and security. Remove anyone you don't recognise and tell us.

If it was a former agency or freelancer, we'll audit what changed and restore the campaigns. If it was us, every change is logged in Google Ads under Change history, and we'll walk you through it.
