What am I paying, and to whom?

Two separate payments:

• The Falcon: your management fee (monthly, in advance) and any setup or additional services. Invoiced from Xero.
• Google: your ad spend, charged directly to the payment method on your Google Ads account.

Your ad spend never passes through us, and we don't mark it up.
