What do I need before kick-off?

• Who answers your phone and their mobile number
• Your service lines in priority order
• The suburbs or radius you'll travel to
• Your logo and three real job photos
• Your licence numbers (for example QBCC, electrical or plumbing licence, ARCtick)
• The two access approvals done (Google Ads, Google Business Profile) and the setup invoice paid

Anything you don't have on the day, send afterwards. Missing items push the launch date, not the price.
