When and how is the referral fee paid?

It's a one-off payment. Once the referred client pays their first management invoice, we pay $350 to your nominated account and send you a statement. Either you invoice us, or we create the tax invoice for you (a recipient-created tax invoice), whichever you chose.

We don't pay the fee if that invoice is refunded, waived or unpaid. During the pilot there's no monthly or ongoing referral fee.
