How do quotes, estimates and additional services work?

Anything outside your plan (hourly consulting, extra landing pages, other channels) is priced from our rate card (Schedule 3). For a defined job we send a Quote, which is a fixed price that's locked in once you accept it. For hourly work we send an Estimate, which is our best guess at the hours plus a cap we won't go over without asking you.

Both arrive from Xero. Accept online or reply "accepted" and work starts. Quotes and Estimates are valid for 30 days.
