What is the 90-day guarantee?

For Google Ads management clients on our Terms of Business and Schedule 2: if your campaign hasn't brought at least one new customer within 90 days of going live, and the conditions were met, we waive your next month's management fee and keep working. Ad spend is still yours to fund.

A new customer is someone who first contacted you through a call, form or booking tracked to your campaign, then paid you or booked a paid job. Existing customers, spam, sales calls and job seekers don't count.

SEO packages for new clients do not include a Performance Guarantee. Clients who engaged before 21 September 2026 keep the guarantee that applied when they signed (website terms section 5). The guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
